I specialize in working with youth and adults who struggle with regulating intense emotions and behaviors associated with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and Tic and Tourette's disorders. I believe that psychotherapy involves a real, authentic connection that helps patients feel understood, respected, and supported in their own unique goals and values. This connection is what allows evidence-based skills and strategies to work. I use a holistic approach to healing that honors and integrates the origins of today's evidence based practices.
